Default Anybody using IPv6 ?

Hi All,

I was toying with the idea of running IPv6 as part of my home server
blog project
<plug> furicle.blogspot.com</plug>

Am I nuts? I know I will have a fair bit of reading and research to
do it, but it sounds neat to have 'real' ip addresses for all my
computers.

Comments appreciated,

Brian

It is neat, but you'll have to go dual-stack rather than pure v6,
because v6 can't talk to v4 and vice-versa.

Not nuts at all - the more content is available via v6 the better. And
you get a head start on the rest of the world. IPv4 allocation pools are
expected to run out sometime in 2011...

Regards, K.

PS: www.ipv6now.com.au has some FAQs and HowTos. There is heaps of
information out there...
