must be 7232c6004ba438890cd09aded162dc8e but real d2d8bfbf42df4682f86ce1f73c61d980.
I downloaded it again from other location, but have exactl same file. What is a matter?

Sometimes ISOs can get corrupted using the download manager which has IE or Firefox.
This is the place I usually get it so try to download it from here:* http://ftp.wayne.edu/linux_distributions/ubuntu/8.04.1/ using a download manager, and check the md5sum which is:
7232c6004ba438890cd09aded162dc8e *ubuntu-8.04.1-server-i386.iso
