New Echo release

Hi,

some time ago I released new version of Echo (0.3.1) in order to fix
rhbz #333231 [1] and released it to rawhide. It is basically a snapshot
of trunk, but with disabled SVGs. I am considering to release it as an
update to F8 as well, what do you think Luya?

Please do it. I have installed that version on Fedora 8, no issue to report.
