Hello Daulat,
what program are you trying to use? Most programs can be found in the
menu at the top left of your screen. I you need more, look for the
menu entry "Add/Remove Software", click on it and search for the
program you need. You will probably find it there. Right click on it
and select "Mark for installation", then hit the "Apply" Button.
Hope that helps a bit.
Cheers

hi
Hi Daulat,
What particular program would you like to run?
If you've come from a Windows background the
"Applications | Places | System" menus in the top left corner of your
screen correspond to the Windows "Start" button. From the Applications
menu you can select which program you would like to run from a variety
of categories.
Hope that answers your question?
In the future you might like to experiment a little before you ask
questions. Or even google.com.* to search for your answer.
This helps keep answers on this list as prompt and helpful as possible.
Welcome to the wonderful world of GNU/Linux and Ubuntu, I'm sure you'll
enjoy yourself!

You can use the following :
$ sudo apt-get install wine
and then enter your user password and it will download the wine package.

you dont need to download it from the winehq website. rather you can
open the terminal and type:
$ sudo apt-get install wine
it will download it and install it for you.

That's a cool thing, if you like the icons you may want to help with the
new icon set, echo - https://fedorahosted.org/echo-icon-theme/ (you will
need some Inkscape knowledge/or general vector graphics for that).
Other than that, here is the page where we receive design requests:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/DesignService if you see something
interesting to not hesitate to try your hand.
Other than that, here are the theme proposals for Fedora 10:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Artwork/F10Themes
It is about the time for us to work on them for the second round.
