I have a Philips hdtv (small one). Manual suggests I set the resolution
to 60HZ, before plugging into the tv with monitor cable. I don't know
how to do that, as preferences menu for monitors doesn't allow me
anything but 1024x768 and 0hz. Any help appreciated.
