ubuntu-server users list/help?

Aaron,

Thanks for the welcome.*** I am rather new to Linux, and didn't want to blindly pollute the dev list with simple "user error" issues.

I'll post my first query in a separate message.

I've replaced quite a few MS servers with Ubuntu Server in a range of capacities. Feel free to email me with any questions you have. I'll do my best to answer. I'm sure others on this list will help too.

Hello,

Is there a forum/mailinglist for new Ubuntu Server admins to seek help?

(At the next LTS release, I may consider moving a couple of simple MS servers to Linux in the form of Ubuntu Server, so I'd like to use the Gutsy release cycle to get up to speed

*on Linux.)

Yes. This is it.

You can also ask on the #ubuntu-server IRC channel on Freenode.
