I work for Citrix. I opened a ticket
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1007002) some time
ago for a problem reducing the number of vCPUs under Xen (running as PV
guest).

As anybody some idea or is working on this issue in Ubuntu?
