Default vmbuilder under intrepid

Hi all, Under intrepid the current version of vmbuilder is
0.9-0ubuntu3.1, which appears to lack the --iso option.

Bug #291590 fixes this in version 0.9-0ubuntu4.

* Launchpad bug 291590 in vmbuilder "--iso option ignored?"
[Undecided,Fix committed] https://launchpad.net/bugs/291590

What I cannot seem to find is a way to install that or 0.9-0ubuntu5
under intrepid. Any workarounds or suggestions?
