I've addded ipmitool packages to my hardy PPA:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ivoks/ubuntu hardy main

This ipmitool supports Dell's delloem functions:
sysinfo
lcd
sel
sensor
powermonitor

I've also added intrepid packages, in case it doesn't get uploaded so
late in development process.
