Default problems with gma 500 in karmic...

Hi Ran,

I haven't actually
tried any of this yet, but u might also want to look at the
instructions at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-psb/+bug/330906/comments/44.
It sounds like the poster got it working perfectly - I hope you can
reproduce his results :-) And if not, there's always the Intel
Poulsbo (GMA500) Dissatisfaction Group is on Facebook
(http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=62711517402).

Good luck,

Amichai

Default problems with gma 500 in karmic...

Hi Ran,

Last week I found one of this, I followed this instructions ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareSupportComponentsVideoCardsPoulsbo/ ) and it worked nice.

Give it a look.

Greetings,
Anders

Hi Ran,

I haven't actually
tried any of this yet, but u might also want to look at the
instructions at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-psb/+bug/330906/comments/44.
It sounds like the poster got it working perfectly - I hope you can
reproduce his results :-) And if not, there's always the Intel
Poulsbo (GMA500) Dissatisfaction Group is on Facebook
(http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=62711517402).

Good luck,

Amichai
