Ubuntu with WMI service and agent

Trying to use Convert Physical Server option in Hyper-V for Ubuntu Virtual Machine(ESX 4). Convert failed with WMI service and the agent are not installed in the Ubuntu VM (ESX 4). How do I install WMI- service and agent in Ubuntu VM
