Hello,
on launchpad is reported bug (with patch for fixing it) for libtomcrypt package:*https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libtomcrypt/+bug/623203
I contacted maintainer of this package in Debian and he already upload new fixed version for Debian:*http://packages.debian.org/source/sid/libtomcrypt
It is possible to fix this bug in ubuntu lucid and maverick?

No, please don't do that. The way Pali is doing is correct. If a patch
needs to be SRUed, then its bug should be modified to add TEST CASE: and
the bug should be nominated (if you cannot find the link, then it means
you cannot nominate, get a MOTU/Core dev to do it for you).
