Hi,
there must be something wrong with replication or the belnet.dl.sourceforge.net server. Just try these two commands:
1. First command
================
wget http://ufpr.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts//comic32.exe
... simply downloads the file. - Perfect.
2. Second command
=================
wget http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/comic32.exe
It reports multiple times:
--21:23:49-- http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/comic32.exe
(try: 6) => `comic32.exe.1'
Connecting to belnet.dl.sourceforge.net|193.190.198.97|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... Read error (Connection reset by peer) in headers.
Retrying.
The problem with the connection reset the belnet.dl.sourceforge.net does is that the same server is tried over and over again - although there are others offering the file at once.

Greetings,
the belnet server is no longer an official sourceforge.net download
mirror, so you would be well advised to avoid referencing it. For best
effect use a download.sourceforge.net redirector link to get redirected to
a live mirror.
I'll escalate this to the Service Operations group for investigation.
