Am I right that there are a high proportion of native package uploads
given to REVU? 'native package' is misleading for new developers, as it
sounds better - perhaps REVU could immediately generate mail to the
uploader of a native package explaining that they need to do

$foo.tar.gz -> $foo.orig.tar.gz
rebuild
reupload

And that until they do this it won't be examined..
