hardy-ume updated with latest moblin config file changes

I have updated the hardy-ume with latest moblin config file changes.

i.e.
Turned on CONFIG_USB_PERSIST
Turned on CONFIG_MMC_UNSAFE_RESUME

Also rebased it with ubuntu-hardy.
