Make linux-crashdump alternatively depend on EFI grub
 

The EFI version of grub needs to be an alternative, otherwise
it will get replaced by grub-pc when installing linux-crashdump.

Actually this will depend on grub-efi-amd64 and grub-efi-ia32
because grub-efi is a transitional package.
