Default UBUNTU: SAUCE: Bluetooth: Remove rules for matching Broadcom vendor specific IDs

From: Wen-chien Jesse Sung <jesse.sung@canonical.com>

Since the Broadcom devices with vendor specific IDs [0x0a5c:*]
can be matched by USB_VENDOR_AND_INTERFACE_INFO(0x0a5c...),
remove old rules that is not needed any more.
