Quetzal 12.10 release is Thurs Oct 4 [1].* This means we will likely
upload the last pre-frozen kernel on Tues Oct 2 in order to have
enough time for builds to complete before the freeze deadline.* If
there are any kernel patches which need to land for the Quantal
12.10 release, please send them to the list for review as soon as
possible.* After Kernel Freeze, all patches are subject to the SRU
policy [2].
