Uploaded after fiddling with the changelog and collapsing a couple of
commits.

Have you upstreamed 'fixup: retire "goto next" in omap_init_opp_table' ?

nope, that's a merge fix between upstream code
(b110547e586eb5825bc1d04aa9147bff83b57672) and Linaro/TI BSP stuff
(1951842f3e6537c760937b2be218713cd81a8891).
