getabis script enhancements
 

In order to allow remote execution of the in-tree getabis script
some changes are required and while being there also start
printing the architecture of the processed package.

The getabis script is different in Natty and Lucid as there is no
check for compiler skew in them.

The second patch to add the ckt-ppa to the package source is not
required for Precise (already there) and different for Natty and
Lucid.
