Default Fix overwhelming package power limit notification

It was complained that there are overwhelming package power limit notification warnings in
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36182

Â*

The reason is the distro kernel doesn't have overwhelming package power limit notification fix in upstream commit:

Â*

commit 29e9bf1841e4f9df13b4992a716fece7087dd237

Author: Fenghua Yu <fenghua.yu@intel.com>

Date:Â*Â* Fri Nov 4 13:31:23 2011 -0700

Â*

Â*Â*Â* x86, mce, therm_throt: Don't report power limit and package level thermal throttle events in mcelog

Â*

This patch is in upstream kernel starting from v3.3, but isn’t CCed stable kernel.

Â*

Please consider to include this patch to Oneiric and Precise.

Â*

Thanks,

Yingying
