UBUNTU: SAUCE: force DMA buffers to non-bufferable on highbank

From: Rob Herring <rob.herring@calxeda.com>

BugLink: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1000831

The xgmac driver has problems with bufferable DMA descriptors. For now,
change the memory type to get things working reliably.
