Default linux kernel 3.2.0-19.31 uploaded

We have uploaded a new Precise linux kernel. The most notable changes
are as follows:

* powerpc/pmac: Fix SMP kernels on pre-core99 UP machines
* disable CONFIG_DRM_PSB_CDV
* d-i: Move multipath modules into their own udeb
* correctly specify CROSS_COMPILE for tools build
