CVE-2012-0207
igmp: Avoid zero delay when receiving odd mixture of IGMP queries

This issue only affect natty and later. Fixes have hit oneiric and
later via mainline and stable. Following this email is a patch for
natty and natty/ti-omap4. This fix is a clean cherry-pick from
mainline.
