Default LP#794698 -- hardy custom binary kernels have incorrect version reported in /proc/version_signature

When trying to debug issues with Hardy -xen kernels it was noticed that the
/proc/version_signature utterly lies for this kernel. This error extends
to all binary-custom kernels which do not apply the current version to
the config. This is hugly confusing and has wasted significant debug
time on more than one occasion. Following this email is a patch for the
hardy build system sorting out this oversite.

Proposing for SRU to hardy.
