Default I'm Reverting three xhci patches from Natty

We have a regression report for Natty for USB3. The original reporter
has not responded to a request to test kernels with the two most likely
patches reverted. Therefore and since we need to move on with the next
kernel cycle, I am reverting the following patches from Natty:

fc4c57e USB: xhci - also free streams when resetting devices
fe3bf5f USB: xhci - fix math in xhci_get_endpoint_interval()
923326d USB: xhci - fix unsafe macro definitions

The report is in this tracking bug:

I'll continue to try to work with the reporter to isolate the issue, and
hope to restore these when we understand what's going on.

Here's the text I'm applying to the revert commits:

Due to a reported problem with USB3 after application of three patches
from upstream stable, these patches are being reverted until they can
be tested seperately and a determination made of whether there is a
problem and how bad it is. The reporter has not yet responded to a
request to test kernels with each of the most suspect patches reverted,
so all will be reverted. Testing will proceed using these patches and
hopefully they can be restored soon. The USB3 problem was reported
in LP bug number 769042
