Default LP#700292 -- fix bluetooth initialisation

We are seeing a number of reports of issues with bluetooth devices
incorrectly initialising, or initialising for only a few seconds and
then dropping offline. The following patch has been tested to resolve
this issue. This is now in mainline, and is on its way to stable.

As this affects a large number of keyboards and mice on numerous systems
we probabally should get this in as soon as possible, prefereably for
release.

Proposing for Natty.
