The driver is already in Linus' tree. It is good to get it pulled in Natty.
I tested on Dell Latitude 2110 with the SD card reader and verified the driver works.

I'm lazy and allergic to patch bombs. Please submit a proper pull
request from a public git repository. Furthermore, you needn't preface
the commit logs with 'UBUNTU: SAUCE: (drop after 2.6.39)' since all but
one should be a simple 'git cherry-pick -x'. The exception might be the
patch that changes the Makefile and Kconfig (though you might get lucky
and it just applies).
