UBUNTU: Enable LBM for Natty
 

Hi All,

Since we've recently packaged and uploaded
linux-backports-modules-2.6.38 for Natty [1], we need to update the
linux-meta package to support LBM. The following pull request
re-enables LBM in linux-meta for Natty.
