Including the "automated per tty task groups" patch in natty?

Actually, this patch is already in Natty, e.g., "sched: automated per
session task groups V4". I'm keeping an eye on the evolution of this
patch, which I expect will eventually land in 2.6.38 in some form.
I'd consider a backport to 2.6.32 Lucid since I think it would have real
benefit for some workloads, but someone with more time then I will have
to attempt it.
