Default Ubuntu: Add compat-wireless-2.6.36

BugLink: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/671052

SRU Justification:

As part of the linux-backports-modules package, we periodically provide
an updated compat-wireless stack. linux-backports-modules-2.6.32 already
contains updates for the 2.6.34 and 2.6.35 compat-wireless stack. Now
that 2.6.36 has been officially released, provide a 2.6.36
compat-wireless lbm update as well.

Impact:

Since linux-backports-modules is an elective install and a 2.6.36
compat-wireless update hasn't existed previously, there should be no
risk of regression.

Test Case: TBD

The following changes since commit a34084f49a1cf5cb4dff0591d9cadaf2b1236fdf:

UBUNTU: Bump ABI to -26 for proposed kernel (2010-10-01 09:57:54 +0200)

are available in the git repository at:
git://kernel.ubuntu.com/ogasawara/ubuntu-lucid-lbm.git compat-wireless-2.6.36

It builds, ship it.

The metapackage update looks right to me and if the lbm package builds and
produces a .36 I am fine with it.
