Default Final steps to make audio work on the Panda with Maverick

This is the final piece of the (kernel side) puzzle to finally have audio
working out of the box after a Maverick update. These patches firstly setup
the correct maximum volume levels the Panda sound hardware is able to produce.
Then export the driver names so they are able to be read from userspace. ALSA
and Pulse need these to select correct profiles on init.
