Default Enable second PCI IDs for Intel B43 graphic

Basically the same stuff as we had before. I guess the only awkward thing here
is that we probably should roll both of these through our kernel.org drm33 tree,
even though the agp stuff is outside the drm parts. But I guess they should be
kept together.

Actually Ike, for Lucid the way the patch is split makes not that much sense as
the basic support for B43 has been added with 2.6.32 (while for Karmic you had
the two steps) and the additional support consists of just one update.
So I would rather do that in one patch for the drm33/lucid tree.

Would that combined patch look good for you?
