UBUNTU - ARM: Various fixes and improvement for the IGEPv2 board

This will do the right thing:

git format-patch -s -o $DUMPDIR --subject-prefix=$PREFIX --numbered
--thread=shallow --cover-letter $SHA

followed by,

git send-email --to $MYTO --cc-cmd ~/bin/getcc.sh
--envelope-sender $MYFROM --smtp-server $MYSMTP
--suppress-cc=author --suppress-cc=self
$DUMPDIR/00*.patch
