Default Add new Sandybridge GPU device id's

From: Leann Ogasawara <leann.ogasawara@canonical.com>

The i915/intel-agp modules fail to load on newer Sandybrige GPU's
because the corresponding pci device id's are missing. The following
set of patches adds these new device id's. All three patches are
already upstream. Note patch 1/3 is a pre-requisite for patch 2/3 and
3/3. Also, patch 3/3 has been Cc'd to upstream stable. Please consider
for Maverick.

Thanks,
Leann
