Default kteam-tools changes ...

I just noticed that there have been some recent additions / changes made to
the contents of kteam-tools.git repository.

It would be helpful if changes that were made to the repo were publicly announced
so that others were made aware of the contributions made. The changes are probably
things that many of us could benefit from.

I also want to encourage all of us to add to the root README and any other
documentation in that repository when we make our changes.

I will announce them as soon as those things are complete. I just dumped my
current state of the cve scripts so they do not get lost. And its really just a
dump. Some things work other things don't. Those did not deem worthy of
announcing nor documenting yet.
