Enable CONFIG_BNX2X=m and CONFIG_BNX2X=m

We purposely no longer mark firmware files as optional:

UBUNTU: [Config] Update bnx2 udeb firmware files

As a result, because we did not have CONFIG_BNX2=m for armel and
CONFIG_BNX2X=m for ports we're seeing FTBS. For now, enable these
config options for armel and ports.
