Packages for the Maverick kernel backported to Lucid are in the kernel
PPA, e.g., 'deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kernel-ppa/ppa/ubuntu lucid
main'. The default meta package linux-lts-backport-maverick will install
the server flavour for amd64, generic-pae for i386.
