We are facing ethernet issues in Karmic fsl-imx51. Since Lucid fec driver is
updated and contains several enthancement, backporting it to Karmic is a good
choice to fix those ethernet issues.

Please consider pull from following git repo branch:
git://kernel.ubuntu.com/roc/ubuntu-karmic fec

To build the kernel package, we still need to bump ABI and add smsc phy module
to module ignore list.
