Default SRU Request - laptop touchpad probing for buggy controllers

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@canonical.com>

BugLink: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/534448

SRU justifaction:

Impact: Laptops touchpads do not get detected and hence do not work
if they have a buggy implementation of the AUX loop command. There
seem to a quite a lot of contollers coming onto the market with these
issues, so it will affect quite a wide range of netbooks and laptops.

Fix: see attached patch (backport of upstream commit
1c7827ae70e7c8456e08f7bb9ef2238d27814cbe). Note that fix is being
used by the Lucid kernel.

Testcase: With the patch, the AUX IRQ delivery test is bypassed and
the touchpad works.
