linux-mvl-dove kernel 2.6.32-200.5 uploaded (VERSION & ABI bump)

We have just uploaded a new Lucid linux-mvl-dove kernel. This kernel is
now rebased to Ubuntu-2.6.32-11.15. Note the major kernel version number
change, and ABI bump:
