Default New kernel upload to -proposed

I uploaded a new kernel yesterday to the Hardy proposed pocket. Please note the
ABI bump. This was caused by the integration of the Vmware TSC patchset which
does the following changes:

* Adds an element to cpuinfo_x86 which modifies the hash for boot_cpu_data
and per_cpu__cpu_info.

The changelog can be found at:

https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/linux/2.6.24-24.50

Regards,
Stefan
