Default rt2860/rt2870 backports from 2.6.29rc2 work fine

I created the this patch from the 2.6.29 staging dir to the ubuntu dir, basically very easy.

For each driver I found one tester and it worked for both. You need extra firmware, which should be added to linux-firmware:

http://www.ralinktech.com.tw/data/drivers/RT2870_Firmware_V8.zip

rt2860 is in many new laptops/netbooks with draft-n and rt2870 is used in lots of draft-n usb wlan dongles.
