Default LP#222324 -- fix panasonic laptop buttons

[This is a respin of the patches fixing the issues mentioned by Stefan,
and retargetting it to the ubuntu subdirectory as requested by Tim.]

There have been requests to enable the buttons on various Panasonic
laptops. This support comes via the panasonic-laptop module, which was
recently updated and accepted into 2.6.28. This patch set represents a
backport of that to the Intrepid kernel.

We should consider this for SRU to Intrepid for hardware enablement.
Risk should be low as it is a machine specific driver module.
