Default UBUNTU: SAUCE: Force vendor backlight control on ThinkPad T61 Bug: #311716

Very likely because of the following change, the acpi backlight control is
now working on the correct device.

ACPI: video: Ignore devices that aren't present in hardware

The implications were that acpi video functions were poking on the wrong
device, which is bad. However with the acpi driver now being on the right
one, this breaks its control because the thinkpad_acpi driver backs of
while the generic acpi mechanisms do not work. (potentially this could be
related with the enablement of _OSI=Linux for this model). This patch forces
the thinkpad_acpi driver to enable control anyways.
