Default LP#222324 -- panasonic laptop support

There have been requests to enable the buttons on various Panasonic
laptops. This support comes via the panasonic-laptop module, which was
recently updated and accepted into 2.6.28. This patch set represents a
backport of that to the Intrepid kernel.

We should consider this for SRU to Intrepid for hardware enablement.
Risk should be low as it is a machine specific driver module.

ACK - but I would like to see the driver retargeted for the ubuntu
directory since we are carrying the driver outside of the main kernel in
Intrepid.
