Default Git repo hooks for our kernel tree
So I created several hooks for the kernel devs to use locally, in order
to enforce some policies, and prevent from easy to make mistakes.

The scripts are in the buildscripts.git repo under git-hooks/. Follow
the README and all should be good.

Kudos. They already kept me from making a stupid ABI mistake.
