Impact: Enabling DXS for a certain (known to be broken) ID results in
errors and freezes.
Fix: Either add code to disable DXS through a quirk entry or add a
config option to the modprobe.d. Impact should be minimal, since the
change only takes effect for a specific PCI ID.
Testcase: (from bug report) arts sound (kde) is not working at all, arts
daemon freezes, etc. With DXS disabled it works.
