Default Changes to Open Week Schedule

Hi everyone,

Due to some last minute travel conflicts with Mark we've had to adjust
the Open Week schedule: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOpenWeek

John Johansen's Apparmor talk will now be on 4 Nov (Wednesday) at
1500UTC and "Ask Mark" will be on Friday at 1700 UTC.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
