Hi,

There seems to be a lack of developer response on this important bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/268502 which affects quite a few people. Without a proper official stance, people are getting annoyed and Ubuntu's image is suffering.


Any response posted on the bug report would be appreciated.
